"A typical Nigerian politician doesn't believe in any God but himself. He sees himself as the “god of men. Watch the video carefully, and you'll see him relishing the religious entertainment as though he's the “god” being worshipped."

"They refused to rig him in like Ahmed Lawan after a failed presidential bid. Politicians and pastors/clerics are one and the same, just wear different costumes to disguise."

"Apostle Paul was a persecutor of Christians before God converted him and used him mightily for the gospel. You and I, even Rochas, aren't an exception. We should desist from passing judgment on others. Only God knows who's right or wrong."

David Akata reacted:

"Prof, please send him this verse. Mark 10:22. Then Jesus, beholding him, loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me."
