The Gulder Ultimate Search is in the 12th season and while some contestants are still fighting their way for N50m in the jungle, others have made their way home.

One of the ex-contestants who was evicted three weeks into the show is Olayinka Omoya Gabriel and he recently shared his experience, expectation, and prediction in an exclusive chat with Legit.ng's Abisola Alawode.

The Bowen graduate who literally went for the show almost after leaving university mentioned that even though he did not win, making it to the show was a win for him.

Olayinka added that the show has real life lessons to be learned, such as strength and intelligence.

Experience

The young man disclosed that he thought they would be taken to a hotel after their tasks in the jungle but he was shocked to see that they had to sleep in the jungle despite the possible hazards.

He added that over the weekend in the bush, they live their normal lives, exercising, cooking even though there was no salt for a week.

Olayinka's opinion about other contestants

The young man who had earlier revealed that he was a big fan of the show talked about other contestants. He described Damola as strong and smart, while Gerald is the strongest.

Predicting the end of the show, Olayinka predicted that Damola would most likely be the one to win the coveted prize.

Peeping at ladies

Olayinka when asked about the news of his peeping at ladies which made the rounds on social media, disclosed that he has sisters and he knows what it took him to get on the show.

He continued by saying that he had to leave other important things to enter the jungle and he would not jeopardize it just to see ladies in the bathroom.

Olayinka cleared up the misconception by saying that a single path led to the stream and bathroom and he was already at the stream before he was accused of looking at the ladies.

He added that he apologized and made it clear that he did not look at them and even in the face of insults, he did not retaliate beyond reason.

Mfon and Gerald evicted from Gulder Ultimate Search

Weeks after the commencement of the show, the contestants on the Gulder Ultimate Show have reduced to 15 after not one, but two men exited the show.

The two ex-contestants Mfon and Gerald were members of Clan Irin and Iroko respectively and they went home after a day of intense arguments and a gruelling group task.

Mfon's lack of self-control eventually led to his eviction from the Gulder Ultimate Search Season 12.

Gerald's eviction that same night shocked contestants and viewers alike, with many taking to social media to express their surprise.
