Veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan Ogogo is dead after a battle with stage four cancer.
This was confirmed by his daughter Kira in a live-streamed video on Sunday, August 23.
In the clip, the emotional Kira could be seen alongside other family members as she scampered around while she was consoled.

She could also be heard instructing that her flight ticket to Nigeria be booked so as not to miss his Islamic burial.
As of the time of filing this report, the family is yet to release an official statement.
Legit.ng earlier had reported that Kira, in an emotional video, had announced that the veteran actor was battling stage four cancer.
In the video, she opened up about the severity of the actor's condition and called on Nigerians for urgent help.
According to her, medical professionals had determined that chemotherapy was no longer a feasible course of treatment for the actor.
With conventional options running out, she stated that they were exploring every available alternative to find care that could still make a difference.
Taiwo Ogogo Hassan is a well-known figure in the Yoruba film industry, having built a career spanning several decades in Nollywood's Yoruba-language circuit.

The Yoruba film star spotted Kira's post on her Instagram page and reacted to it with surprise. Nigerians took to social media to react, as many laughed at the film star, saying he had finally eaten breakfast.
