The report was stated to be allegedly from Xinus Medical Diagnostics and signed by Dr O.A. Odigwe, a consultant pathologist.

While countering Blessing’s claim, Xinus Medical Diagnostics accused her of giving a false report, noting that the original report was issued to Deborah Mbara in May 2025.
