Rapper 2shotz Accuses Beverly Osu of Ruining His Life With Assault Allegations: “This One No Enter”

Nigerian rapper William Orioha, also known as 2Shotz, has detailed how his life and music career were significantly impacted after actress Beverly Osu accused him of assault.
The veteran artist revealed during a guest appearance on Teju Babyface's show that the claim was made long before his marriage and that he had no idea how it would evolve.

He stated that the incident began when Beverly Osu, who appeared in one of his music videos, paid many visits to his home.
They had disagreements, and during one of them, he accidentally brushed her face, which she reported as an assault.
2Shotz stated that the accusations circulated extensively, costing him not only career opportunities but also personal stability.
He claimed to have been shut off from shows and deals, as well as losing his home. He also revealed that the scandal had an impact on his family life, resulting in the dissolution of his marriage and the separation from his daughter.
He described the emotional toll as tremendous, admitting that he had considered taking his life before being saved by friends.
He said: “I was accused of so many things that I really am not. Everybody tore me apart. And at the time, I was in the United States. And the wife I had then, I didn’t know she was taking note of how she was going to use that to destroy me.
“It had happened a long time before I got married. I didn’t even know that it was a thing in the first place. She had always come to my house and be around. You know how girls are. You go give, you go drop. You want to be a model. So, you were in my video and then after a while, you started coming to my house a couple of times.
"You wanted to be my girlfriend. Anyway, long story short, we were scuffling, we were arguing, and I was like, ‘I don’t understand why your mum will be calling me. I haven’t even seen you in months. Where have you been? Why is your mum calling me?
“The other time, I woke up and my friends came to tell me that I had engaged Beverly and that it was all over the place. Anyway, I was trying to scuffle with this girl. I am not a violent person. Yeah, we scuffled, and during that scuffle, my hand brushed her face, and she called it beating. If I had beaten you, it would show now.
“It actually cost me my marriage. It actually cost me my daughter. I haven’t seen my daughter at all. Everything went down. I wasn’t getting shows. I wasn’t getting deals. I lost my house. I almost killed myself. I walked into water, and people pulled me out.”

VDM calls out Portable over assault
Legit.ng earlier reported that Portable was called out by social media activist, Martins Vincent Otse, aka Verydarkman, over his behaviour at Felabration.
He shared a video and said the music star was doing too much and needed to be cautioned.
VDM promised to help the victim assaulted get justice and warned Portable not to come near Abuja. Many were not happy with Portable did to the artist and warned him to change his ways.
