Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, had recently shared the joy of receiving a $20,000 cash gift from Afrobeats superstar Wizkid.

According to the rapper, Wizkid sent him the money without demanding a verse or any favors in return.

But what was meant to be a feel-good moment quickly turned into controversy.

While many fans congratulated Odumodu, one X user, @MrWhxswho, asked the rapper to share $2,000 from the $20k, claiming it was needed for his uncle’s medical treatment.

The tweep wrote:

“Abeg my uncle has been sick for the past 28 years. We need only 2k inside that money make him take see front.”

Instead of offering empathy, Odumodublvck fired back with a savage reply

He wrote:

It is worth noting that Odumodublvck and Wizkid are on good terms. A few months ago, the Blood on the Dance crooner shared how Wizkid had supported him during a challenging time when he was bedridden, helping to boost his career.
