Mohbad: “Police Should Arrest Everybody Involved Again,” Naira Marley Calls for Fresh Investigation

Nigerian musician and Marlian Records CEO Azeez Adeshina Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has urged the authorities to re-arrest everyone involved in the killing of late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
In his recent confession video, Marley said that he returned to Nigeria to assist with investigations and clear his name following extensive allegations.

He stated that after giving proof showing his innocence, he was jailed for two months in Panti, Yaba, Lagos.
Expressing his anger, the controversial artist said in part:
“I can only say my side of the story. But if you ask me, I would tell the police to arrest everybody. Everybody, arrest everybody that was in there. I’ll ask everybody again, don’t worry, I’ll ask everybody again, everybody.
"For an officer we can trust and charge, I’ll ask everybody again. We’re not blind, you can see, but that’s it. Lastly, we’ve got in touch with Mohbad’s lawyer, and we are ready to give his share to whoever the court or family picks to be in charge of his estate. Since Mohbad passed away, we have not touched any money from my dad. It’s there safe for wherever the family picks or wherever the court picks. You know what it is? It’s a boy named Amali. Still remains the loyal Malian president in our race.”
