Odumodu Defends Pastor Adeboye Amidst Billion-Naira Donation Backlash: “I Will Give 1bn If...”

Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, is back in the news with his recent declarations

Following Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s recent appeal for church members to donate in “billions” towards RCCG projects, the internet went ablaze with mixed opinions.

While some questioned the request, Odumodublvck came out swinging in favour of the appeal.

In a post on his X (formerly Twitter) page, the rapper said if he had ₦1bn, he would gladly hand it over to RCCG without hesitation.

According to him, giving to the church is not about pressure but about personal conviction.

“It is not by force to serve the Lord; they did not say that if you do not drop ₦1bn, you will not enter heaven. As for me and my household, we will continue to support the work of Christ shamelessly"

The rapper also noted that donations keep the church running in practical ways that many critics overlook.
