Nigerian activist and social critic, VeryDarkMan, has broken his silence after two prophets from Nigeria and Ghana made disturbing prophecies about his supposed death.

He said one would end up in prison and another would be killed, adding that the latter was someone who “has nothing to lose.”

The second preacher, from Ghana, was more direct, naming VDM outright. He alleged that “bad politicians” had taken the activist to a river, trapping his face there in the spiritual realm.

The prophet stated:

“VDM is dead in the river but still alive in the physical world,” the prophet warned, before predicting an “unexpected” death.

Reacting to the clerics, VDM stated:

“You heard the pastor, although he didn’t mention my name, but he made reference to what I usually say — that I have nothing to lose. You are seeing vision for me as if I’m one person that sees himself to be important. I’m not important. Death is inevitable and is coming for all of us,” he said. “Tell us a vision about our country. Tell us when Nigeria will be a great country.”

VDM misses Davido's wedding

Legit.ng earlier reported that fans who have been following the wedding of the music star, Davido, noticed the absence of VeryDarkMan.

The activist had long been seen as part of Davido’s extended circle, often defending him online and shutting down rumours, including claims that he benefited financially from the superstar.

According to media personality Radiogad, the omission was not an oversight; it was deliberate. In a video making the rounds online, the media man claimed that Davido intentionally left VeryDarkMan off the Miami guest list because of his “loudmouth.”
