American rapper Kanye West has hit back at his billionaire friend Elon Musk and questioned their friendship.

According to Page Six, Kanye sent a text to X owner, Musk and asked him why he was keeping quiet while he was suffering injustices.

A screenshot of the message sent to Musk by the rapper indicated that Kanye wanted him to speak up and defend him rather than be a 'fake friend'.

He also clarified to Musk that he does not have bipolar contrary to what has been said about him on social media.

The Flashing Lights hitmaker also claimed he became autistic after a car accident that happened in 2012.

The message read:

"When are we going to speak...you owe me nothing. You never have to speak to me again. But if we do speak, the nature of the relationship has to change, I’m not bipolar, I have signs of autism from my [2002] car accident. You cannot watch Kim keep my kids away from me and not say anything publicly and then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform."

Kanye, in 2022, did an interview where he opened up about the sharp criticism he was facing from people.

He confessed that he gets offended when people ask if he's okay, adding that he gets angry when people call him crazy.

"It hurts my feelings that people can ask, 'Hey, are you okay? They keep on using the 'Oh he's crazy, he's crazy' thing. And it hurts my feelings when people say that," he said.

The rapper had harsh words for her as he brought up Trevor Noah's name. Kanye responded to Gabriella, a well-known Vogue fashion editor, who claimed that the rapper's work was dangerous and promoted white supremacy.
