Village Head, 9 Killed In Fresh Boko Haram Attack
The notorious Boko Haram sect has inflicted an attack on villagers of Askira-Uba local government council of Borno State yesterday.
It was reported that Huyim villagers were thrown into confusion after nine of their kinsmen were killed by the insurgents. It was also reported that the attack on Huyim village happened after the gunmen had killed the village head, burnt houses, churches and inflicted many with injuries.

The terrorist sect attacked many Christian communities around the village, shooting at everyone in sight, a local vigilante revealed. It could be recalled that just recently, the residents of Buni Yadi town in Gujba local government area of Yobe State, were also raided by Boko Haram sect.
