Odigie-Oyegun harshly criticized President Goodluck Jonathan administration, his obsessive idea to be re-elected to a second term as President of Nigeria in 2015, accompanied with the systematic violation of the Constitution, an oppressive atmosphere in the country, serious decline in the national economy and many more. Statements made and opinions expressed in the article represent the views of the author and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Legit.ng.

John Odigie Oyegun is the first National Chairman of the APC in Nigeria. He was also the Executive Governor of Edo State between 1992 and 1993, during the aborted Nigerian Third Republic.
