3 Remanded For Stealing 8 Computers

Three suspects were arraigned before a Magistrate court in Maigatari local government in Jigawa State for stealing 8 computers at Maigatari Government Secondary School.

The police prosecutor, corporal Abdu Salisu informed the court that there was an insider among the suspects, disclosing that the school driver, Mallam Hussaini Shuaibu Malaja was among the suspects.

According to him, Mallam Shaibu is the principal suspect, while Mudashir Abdullahi, 29, and Mallam Mustapha Haruna, 32, are suspects.

The Magistrate Bashir Adamu, however, adjourned the case for hearing to March 12, 2013 and directed the police prosecutor to take the suspect to Gumel central prison while they await trial.
