Espanyol are convinced they have found the ideal addition to boost their midfield options in Nigerian sensation Nwakali who plays for Huesca.

In a chat, former Nigeria U-15 media officer and popular sports journalist Tobi Adepoju stated that Espanyol will present Nwakali with an opportunity put his career back on track.

He told Legit.ng:

“Nwakali is talented, he has the potential to be a great player. Unfortunately, he hasn't hit it big for years.
"This is an exciting deal to bring his career back on track; he is that creative midfielder the Super Eagles is missing. He has the LaLiga experience and it will be easy for him to settle down.
“He can be a top player in LaLiga and I think Espanyol will offer the opportunity to return to reckon. He has to work hard and get serious as well.
