Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo recently got her female fans and followers on social media talking after she shared an inspiring post with them.
The actress who is pregnant at the moment shared a video of herself during an intense work-out session that required her to skip, run back and forth on the staircase and carry out squats.
Ogbodo was spotted in a work-out gear that showed off her growing baby bump. The actress was also sweating heavily as she challenged herself to complete each work-out routine.
In the caption that accompanied the clip, she explained the need for ladies to learn how to love and appreciate their bodies at any point in life.
