A Nigerian man with the Twitter handle @iamsilvar has called out award-winning artiste Burna Boy after his convoy allegedly bashed his car and drove off.
In a video @iamsilvar shared on his Twitter page, he could be heard lamenting that his car was damaged at Lekki Phase 1 by the impatient convoy.
According to the young man, the incident happened on Saturday, February 6. He said all he wanted was acknowledgement and apology.
His post read in part:
"They all Drove into Vintage park estate by chisco behind Toyota company in Lekki, which I believe they knew I have no access to the Estate. Please I don't have Money am just a Mechanic all I want is just let him acknowledge and apologise!!"
Taking to the comment section to respond to the post, a Tweep with the handle @DanielRegha wrote:
"I don't know if ur story checks out or not cos it may or mayn't be Burna but if it's really Burna's convoy that did that to ur car, Burna should fix it for u cos the damage is much. This is very disheartening, the fact that those who wronged u couldn't care less is pitiful.."
"So one of the cars in Burnaboys convoy hit your car and you immediately expected Burma to know about this accident and apologize, when he was in another car??? According to this video you were harassing him for something he don’t even know about at that time."
"Let's stop being biased on a matter we know what actually happened, call a spade a spade, Burna was wrong simple..."
"Make I no lie for una. It's just music I love burna boy for. Things I see of him hardly points to being a reasonable individual. Personal lifestyle is a no."
In a previous report by Legit.ng, Nigerian US-based singer Samdot reacted to a post made by Burna Boy's PA Manny about Wizkid.
Manny had taken to his Instagram story to call out Wizkid's fans whom he accused of always slandering his boss.
He then shaded Wizkid, noting that his biggest song in 2020 was Ginger and that was because he featured the Ye crooner.
