Fast-rising Nigerian rapper, Emeka, popularly known as Blaqbonez, recently took to social media to share a video of the houses where he used to live before he became an island boy.
It’s safe to say that he shared his grass to grace story, from his childhood home to renting his first apartment and now living on the island.
In a post on his Instagram page, he visited five houses he had stayed in over the course of his life, from the two he had most of his childhood in the Ijesha and Magodo area of Lagos state, to his first paid apartment at Okota.
Emeka moved on from there to his first rented apartment on the island in Lekki county homes and finally rounded it up with the beautiful mansion he resides in currently.
"Its my birthday this friday and I’m taking you guys on the amazing journey called my Life."
Fans of the rapper took to the comment section to commend his growth and journey.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Blaqbonez shared a cute video of his mum on Twitter, and noted that he woke up to the clip.
In the video, his mother was heard describing her reaction to watching his music video for the first time on television.
The woman explained that she screamed when she heard his song and decided to watch it. She said at some point she thought to herself and hoped that the girl dancing all over her son would not kill him for her.
