Taking to popular social media app, Twitter, @Mbonjeni1 shared how his car had gotten a flat on the N2, a national route in South Africa. Naturally, he went out to fix it.
However, his 6-year-old who was with her two other siblings in the car decided to jump out with her dad so she could hold an umbrella up for him while he fixed the punctured tyre. The doting dad wrote:
"I had a puncture on the N2 today was with 3kids. My 6yr old girl insisted on carrying an umbrella for me, we both soaked coz 'twas windy too. After we done, in the car, she asks "ngikusizile angithi Baba?" Shed my first tear of the year."
Meanwhile, his followers had this to say:
"Thank you for such a beautiful story and a lesson that some children can actually be so thoughtful. I need to admit that when you mentioned N2, I was anxious for a moment expecting the worst story. Yet yours was heartwarming."
"This is beautiful"
