Trabzonspor's fans have angrily attacked the club's management claiming that the sacking of former Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel made them lose the 2019/20 League title.

Before football and other sporting activities were suspended in Turkey and many parts of the world, Trabzonspor were topping the League table.

However, Mikel called for the League to be stopped because of the spread of the coronavirus in Turkey and his contract was terminated by Trabzonspor.

The club wanted the Chelsea star to keep playing football which he refused and had to leave the side.

Before Mikel left, the side only lost two out of the 19 games the Nigerian star played, as he was superb for the Turkish side.

Trabzonspor went ahead to lose the Turkish League title to Istanbul Basaksehir and the fans blamed the management of the club for the way they handled Mikel's issue.

They are of the opinion that the club should have settled with Mikel rather than terminating his contract.

Meanwhile, Mikel could be heading back to England with some clubs in the Premier League said to be interested in his signature.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Nigerian football legend Mikel took to his official Instagram account to show his followers and loved ones an incredible video of his twins Ava and Mia playing football.

The former Super Eagles captain has for many years showed his love for Ava and Mia by always posting adorable things about them.

In this new video posted by the ex-Chelsea star, Ava and Mia can be seen kicking the ball to each other in attempts to score.

Mikel, who took the video, told Mia that Eva has scored a beautiful goal, but once again, she disagreed and played a shot will full force.

Mia's first kick was directed towards Eva's chest before the second went in which was an incredible moment for Mikel and his girls.
