Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that the dethroned emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, reportedly welcomed a baby girl from his 4th wife, Saadatu Barkindo Mustapha

Saadatu is said to be an indigene of Adamawa state and got married to the former emir on September 15, 2015.

It should be noted that Sanusi married the woman when she was just 18 years old, an issue that stirred public uproar.

The news of the delivery was confirmed from a Manunita who said that the erstwhile monarch is blessed with the new bundle of joy as the person prayed for her wellbeing.

A Twitter account said to be close to the family according to Daily Times also tweeted about the newborn.

In other news, Oyindamola Oluwaseun Ajibare, a caregiver and coronavirus survivor in Lagos state, explained how she survived the disease.

The survivor said that her employer fired her while she was still getting treated at the isolation centre.

Oyindamola also said that she suspected that she got the virus from the 11-year-old kid of her employer.

Resuming duty on Wednesday, March 11, she said that her employer’s son got back from the UK on Monday, March 23.

She said that the young boy came back with severe cough and fever and his mother had to call the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

According to her, while they were waiting for his result to come back, she was still in contact with the boy as his caregiver. Oyindamola, however, said her infection could have taken place the very day he returned.

“While we waited for the result, the boy was always in his room, but as his caregivers, we always had contact with him.

"But I suspect that it was the day he came that I might have gotten infected because the day the NCDC came to the house to test the boy, I started feeling some symptoms, itchy eyes and aching joints, but I just attributed it to stress,” she said.
