Ahmed Musa shares food items to people in Jos during Ramadan season

- Ahmed Musa has donated food materials to Muslims who are currently observing Ramadan fasting

- This is one of the projects the Nigerian winger embarks on every year

- Musa recently returned from his Saudi Arabia base and immediately underwent COVID-19 test

Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa has donated bags of rice for the Muslim faithful in Jos,, Plateau state capital, during this year's annual fasting.

This is not the first time the Al-Nassr winger will be doing this as it is a yearly gesture from the former Premier League star.

The former Leicester City record signing is known for sharing such gifts during the holy month of Ramadan.

While sharing the picture on social media, Adam (@Adam_abu1) said on Twitter that the Nigerian star sent some relief materials to the vulnerable in the northern part of the country.

He said: "Ahmed Musa provided Palliative for people of Jos South (Bukuru) of Plateau State which comprised of rice and was shared to the people accordingly. May Almighty Allah bless and protect you."

Another person @Jalal20Mr added: "Super Eagles and Al-Nassr football player Ahmed Musa shared food items to residents of Bukuru in Jos South LGA of Plateau State, as part of his annual Ramadan intervention. May Allah reward him. Musa was born and raised in Bukuru.

Musa who recently returned from his Saudi Arabia base along with his family has been subjected to coronavirus test just to ascertain his status which came out negative.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Super Eagles star John Obi Mikel has donated bags of rice, beans and noodles and others around a Jos community to help the poor who have been affected by the coronavirus crisis.

This is the second time within the space of two weeks he has donated food items to the needy, as he posted on the exercise on his Instagram handle.

Mikel spent most of his childhood in the Plateau state capital and now he has returned to assist the communities that made him.

In the latest photos, quite a number of food items were put in bags and then distributed to those who looked vulnerable, as coronavirus continues to cripple the economy.
