A former aide to ex-president, Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has taken to social media to weigh in on the controversy that often trails women and makeup.

In a recent Instagram post, Omokri who is known for his social media criticisms shared a post of a before and after makeup photos of a lady, more or less tagging it fraud and a strong basis for the dissolution of any marriage.

Omokri stated that makeup should enhance a woman's beauty and not transform a woman into something she's not. He went on to use the photos as a reason men should never marry women they've not seen without makeup.

In his words: "This is the reason why I said you should never marry anyone you have not seen without makeup.

In fact, some marriages should be dissolvable on the basis of fraud. This is not makeup. This is deception, intended to lure men into a union they would not have entered otherwise. Makeup should enhance your beauty. It should not transform you into what you are not."

Omokri had earlier shared a valuable message with his followers. The Nigerian lawyer who is known for his popular nuggets on social media shared another one, and this time, it was directed at men.

Omokri took to the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to bare his mind on men who spend their time building muscles at the gym rather than working to get money.

According to him, men should take the creation of wealth more seriously than their physique. The social media activist said that a man who does not have money lacks power.
