It appears the new year has started on an exciting note for popular businessman Ubi Franklin, following a recent announcement made on his official page on photo sharing app, Instagram.

The serial entrepreneur has just become a special adviser on tourism to the governor of Cross River state, Benedict Ayade.

Sharing a lengthy acceptance speech on his page, Franklin noted that he it is an honour for him to be called upon to be of service.

Franklin also stated that he is delighted to be serving in the tourism sector, considering how much the sector is dear to his heart.
