6 interesting things that happened at end of the year concerts this year
Every December, before the year comes to an end, different shows are always lined up for the fans and artists to connect and have a good time. These shows take place around the last week of December and they are usually always interesting.
This year many of those shows were put together and headlined by the biggest music stars in Nigeria. However, this 2019 concerts turned out to be very interesting as some unexpected things happened.
From giveaways to little stage mishaps, this year's concerts were truly eventful. Legit.ng has compiled a list of six of the interesting things that happened at the biggest concerts this year.
1) Davido's A Good Time Giveaway:
Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, made the end of the year special for two of his fans. The singer surprised the fans with a cash giveaway at his A Good Time concert. He gave a male and female fan N1m each.

2) Marlian Fest arrest:
Popular Nigerian music star Azeez Fashola, known as Naira Marley, recently held his yearlong anticipated concert tagged Marlian Fest on Monday, December 30, in Lagos. However, it did not turn out well for some of the fans as many of them were arrested by the police.
3) Tiwa Savage reconciles with Yemi Alade:
Popular Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage has won the hearts of her fans and supporters all over, following an unexpected stunt she pulled on them at her Everything Savage concert, which held on Monday, December 23.
The singer started off her stunt by showering praises on her next performer, which turned out to be her rumoured rival, Yemi Alade.

4) Tiwa Savage addressed her relationship with Wizkid:
Again at the Everything Savage concert, Tiwa addressed her relationship with Wizkid. She said it was not a community relationship and it is no one's business. The singer finished off with a bang by addressing the age difference between them.
She said: "I may be older, but the older the berry, the sweeter the juice."

5) OLIC fall:
Popular Nigerian rap sensation Lil Kesh and music producer Young John, recently had a stage mishap at the 6th edition of the Olamide Live In Concert (OLIC) event which held on Monday, December 23. Both individuals fell flat to the ground not once, but twice while performing.
6) StarBoyFest:
Nigerian music star Ayodeji Balogun, known as Wizkid is no doubt one of the most loved artists in the music industry and this is evident in the way fans outdo themselves to prove their love for the music star.
But this time around the love shown a particular fan at his Starboy Fest in Lagos led to a mishap on stage. The overzealous fan had latched onto his leg and refused to let go which led to Wizkid falling flat on stage.
