Nigerians have followed the love story of Nigerian beloved singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, and his lover, Chioma Avril Rowland, ever since he revealed his relationship status in 2018.

Before his son was born, the singer made sure he secured the bags for little OBO. The singer signed an endorsement deal for his son with a baby care product company.

In an interview, the singer revealed that he once spent N16.5 million ($46,000) on Chioma in Dubai. He even claimed that he could go to jail for her.

After completing his latest album A Good Time, the singer took to social media to appreciate his wife-to-be for being patient with him during her pregnancy. He had thanked her for supporting him even though he completed most of the album while she was pregnant.
