Meanwhile, Legit.ng the chairman of Atikulated Agenda Worldwide, Chief Emeka C Kalu, has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to order the arrest of the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu.

Kalu said the president should exonerate himself from the various allegation leveled against INEC, which culminated in his re-election in the 2019 presidential election.

He made the call in a statement signed by his media and publicity aide, Comrade Amos Kalu.

According him, Buhari should order the arrest of Yakubu over the double speak on the INEC server and other “irregularities that marred the February 23, 2019 election that returned Buhari for a second tenure".

He said: “How can you explain the fact that an electoral umpire collected over N1 billion as budget to upgrade an existing server against 2019 General Elections only to shamelessly tell Nigerians that they only used it for experiment in Rivers, Ekiti etc? So what happened to the server that was used in 2015 that needed to be upgraded? Did it disappear into thin air for Yakubu …to tell Nigerians that a server does not exist?

“Based on their argument over the nonexistence of a server, did the experiment work in these states, if yes, why do you eventually set it aside when it was most needed for the purpose of a free and fair election? Which server did INEC use to carry out the experiments in the said states?”

“How can an establishment like INEC that is supposed to be epitome of integrity continue to speak from both sides of their mouth in lies without shame just to cover up their dubious and immoral act of rigging election in favor of an unpopular candidature."
