Buhari receives letters of credence from 2 new Nigeria envoys (photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday, May 23, received letters of credence from two new envoys to Nigeria.

The envoys are Ambassador- Designate of Israel H.E Shimon Ben- Hur Shosan, and Sierra Leonean High Commissioner H. E Solomon Momo Christopher Gembeh.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that President Buhari had summoned the meeting of the Police Council at the presidential villa, Abuja.

It was gathered that the meeting resulted to the confirmation of the appointment of the acting Inspector-General of Police (Ag. IGP) Mohammed Adamu as substantive Inspector-General of Police.

The council was also expected to deliberate on current security challenges across the country with a view to addressing them.
