At the event, the director general of the Engr Bello Sani Gwarzo campaign organisation, Alhaji Mika’ilu Koki, noted that his principal had been aspiring to be the governor of Kano state for three consecutive terms to no avail.
According to him, the PDP had not been friendly and this is the reason for the defection.
He said the PDP was never ready to address the plight of the common man as evident by its retrogressive policies occasioned by poor governance which had affected the country’s development.
He noted that in just three years, the government of Muhammadu Buhari had made Nigerians witness a steady national growth and economic stability.
While welcoming the defectors, the director general of the One 2 Tell 10 Buhari Support Group, Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, congratulated them.
“President Buhari is the much awaited messiah that we have been yearning for. Those opposing and or sabotaging Buhari are ingrate and sadists whose agenda is to destabilize the country.

“We are all living witness to the improved security in our land, massive improvement in the area of power generation; improved infrastructural development through road construction, rail lines, poverty alleviation scheme, improved agricultural activities, sound economic policies and many more.
“Therefore, a vote for Buhari to the NEXT level is a vote for nation building towards an improved life expectancy,” he said.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Senator Shehu Sani asked Nigerians to vote out the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the general elections over the alleged failure of the current administration to offer good governance.
