Emir of Kano’s son weds his sweetheart in a royal ceremony (photos)

Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has once again staged a wedding ceremony for one of his children, Prince Aminu Sanusi Lamido.

Prince Aminu, who happens to be the son of the Emir of Kano on Saturday, December 29, got married to his fiancée, Zainab, the daughter of Dr Sani Ali Bashir.

It was also gathered that the colorful and royal ceremony took place in Al-Furqan Mosque, Alu Avenue, Nassarawa GRA Kano.

Looking at the pictures from the ceremony, the groom was dressed in a complete officer’s regalia while his bride, Zainab was dressed in a pink heavily beaded gown with her head covered with a white scarf.

Another side attraction at the wedding, was the royal carriage that transported the couple into the field where their wedding reception took place.
