First adorable photos and video from John Dumelo’s traditional wedding in Ghana

Legit.ng earlier reported that prominent Ghanaian actor John Dumelo is set to wed his long time sweetheart as their pre-wedding photos surface online.

According to Celebritiesbuzz.com.gh, the talented actor on Saturday, May 12, traditionally tied the knot with his girlfriend, Gifty Mawunya. The secret unio reportedly took place somewhere around Spintex area in Accra, Ghana.

Celebrating with the couple are close friends and family members, who are reportedly present at the ongoing traditional wedding ceremony.

It was gathered that Mawunya is a close friend of popular actress, Nadia Buari, who is suspected to have midwifed the relationship.

However, everyone wants to know which lady managed to finally tamed the young man, contrary to a lot of reportage she’s not some ordinary lady. Mawunya is the sister of Selassie Ibrahim, the well-known NDC supporting actress who ran Smarttys Management, the company at the centre of the bus branding scandal during the John Dramani Mahama presidency.

A video of Dumelo’s arrival at his ongoing Traditional marriage ceremony was also shared online by the media house. The dark and handsome actor can be seen rocking a Kente cloth with Military men guarding him.
