Keyamo likened the PDP's apology to a patient who underwent a major surgical operation to cure a disease who can’t be discharged immediately.
He said: "PDP apology means that the party is like a patient that has undergone a major surgical operation to cure a disease. It can’t be discharged immediately. It must be under observation for a while. So 2019 is for just observation of PDP. Nigerians cannot afford to bring them back yet."
The PDP had said in its official twitter handle that its national chairman, Uche Secondus, admitted that that the party made mistakes during its 16 years administration.
He said: "As the national chairman of PDP we admit that we have made some mistakes and we want to apologize for our past mistakes. We have learnt from our mistakes and we say “sorry” to all Nigerians that has entrusted so much to us.
