Police uncover fake military base operating in Benue state (photos)

A fake military base operating criminal activities under the guise of the army has been uncovered in Benue state.

The military base was discovered on Tuesday, September 26, around Okpokwu area of the state.

According to Twitter user @mustafaramalan, the fake soldiers were rounded up at the base and taken into custody.

It was gathered that the fake soldiers are suspected to have been pretending to be soldiers in other to operate criminal activities.

The suspects were alleged to have been specialized in breeding armed robbers, kidnappers and high profile criminals.
