Some of the PDP leaders sighted at the court by Legit.ng includes former spokesperson of the party, Chief Olisa Metuh; former acting chairman, Uche Secondus; Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike; his Ekiti state counterpart, Ayodele Fayose and former deputy speaker of House of Representaives, Emeka Ihedioha.
Others include former governor of Jigawa state, Alhaji Sule Lamido; former information minister, Jerry Gana; former Labour Party chairman, Dan Nwanyanwu and former minister of women affairs, Zainab Maina.

It's celebration galore in the headquarters of the party, which has been under lock and key by the Nigerian police since the legal tussle began.
In the interview below with Legit.ng TV, APC chieftain, Comrade Timi Frank, warns the ruling party to resolve its internal bickering before 2019.
