Nigerian Prophetess Shares Predictions on What Will Happen As Football Season Returns

As the 2025/26 football season kicks off, Nigerian prophetess Bright Ndibunwa, known as Bright The Seer, has sparked anxiety with her latest prediction concerning sports.

English Premier League, Spanish La Liga and other major leagues are following suit, but her visions have drawn attention from football fans worldwide.

Bright has previously made headlines for her bold predictions as she claims the upcoming season will be marked by significant developments, both on and off the pitch.

The prophetess predicted a period of heightened unpredictability, not only in sports but also in global events, with a particular focus on extreme weather changes, per Vanguard.

She warned that the extreme weather being experienced in some parts of the world will continue, as she urged vigilance.

In the realm of football, she predicted a mix of triumphs and transitions, including retirements of prominent figures.

She said in a TikTok video:

"This month going forward till early next year, the spirit of God is showing me that this aggressiveness that we're seeing in the weather will increase.
"Not just from surges or tsunamis, there will be a lot of unpredictable changes in the weather.
"And we should also pray against having issues with trends. There will be lots of good news with sports.
"You know...sports people retiring...some winning. Former FIFA boss is being looked for.
"This August has hidden unpredictability in it. We pray that this August will give us peace, joy. And we should against rising of other people that will become terrorist around the world."
