Barcelona cruised to third straight win under new boss Ronald Koeman following their 1-0 victory over Elche in the earlier this weekend.

French World Cup winner Antoine Griezmann scored the only goal of the encounter just two minutes after kick-off.

The 29-year-old made a superb run to connect with a Jordi Alba's cross from the left-wing before tapping the ball beyond Edgar Badia's reach.

However, they were unable to find the back of the net for the remainder of the game as new arrival Miralem Pjanic made his debut for the Catalan club after coming on for Sergio Busquets in the 63rdminute.

Dutch tactician Koeman is already putting finishing touches to his squad for the new season as he fielded a strong squad for the friendly match.

Apart from German goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen who was not dressed for the fixture, every other player on the pitch is one of the club's key stars.

Meanwhile, Barcelona will kick-off their quest to reclaim the Spanish League title from rivals Real Madrid against Villarreal next weekend.

Griezmann almost made it two, De Jong came close, Messi was as dangerous as ever from dead balls and a very active Coutinho was threatening to score his third goal of the preseason.
