In a TikTok video by @thewomansview, the woman stated that she didn’t like going to parties but had to go for her friend’s daughter’s own, which was strictly by invitation.
According to her, her friend gave her an online invite card without giving her the hard copy.
She said:
“When she sent the e-card, I was asking for the physical one. She said no, of course they’ll allow you enter. Now after all the stress, I got to the check point, I showed them the e-invite and they said I have to bring the physical one.

“I called and someone picked her call and was begging me that I should please stay. Stay where? Hang at the doorstep or hope that someone would recongnise me. This is a terrible thing, very embarrassing. What should I do?”
