A lawyer, @lekan_abiodun, has narrated how his friend reportedly got her husband deported a month after she brought him to the UK as a dependent.
He shared his friend's story while reacting to a tweet about a woman who filed for divorce a few months after getting married because her husband assaulted her.

How wife reportedly deported ex-husband
In a now-viral tweet on X (formerly Twitter), the barrister disclosed that his friend's ex-husband had hit her, which led her to get him arrested.
Afterwards, his friend divorced her ex-husband. He tweeted:
"My friend arrested, deported and divorced her ex husband for hitting her a month after she brought him as dependant to the UK."
In the comment section, he disclosed that his friend had remarried.
"She Sabi ball die, plot twist she's flourishing and happily married to a man that can go to war for her."

She claimed there were also times when the husband was physically assaulted, and another time when she did indeed contact the authorities to try and get him arrested.
