A Nigerian woman living in the United Kingdom melted hearts online after returning home and pulling off one of the most emotional gift surprises of the year for her JAMB-passing niece.
@dasylviaonu, who shared the moment on TikTok, explained that she had been handing out smaller gifts to family members after her arrival, including power banks for her mother and niece and two wristwatches for her mother.

The family was excited and grateful, fully expecting the presents that came out of the unpacked bags one by one. But one gift was being saved for last.
The Laptop Hidden in Cargo Bags
Before travelling to Nigeria, the woman and her husband had arranged for two cargo bags to be shipped ahead of her visit.
Inside one of them was a brand-new laptop, carefully chosen to reward her niece for excelling in her JAMB examination. The niece had no clue anything bigger was coming.
As more items came out of the bags, the young girl grew increasingly excited, collecting each gift as it appeared.
Then came the moment that changed everything. When the laptop was finally revealed, her niece's reaction was instant and uncontainable.
"Jesus, see a new laptop? Jesus. Jesus. Hey, Mommy. Thank you," the niece exclaimed repeatedly, clearly overwhelmed.
Her aunt said she already knew bigger gifts would follow as the years went on, but for now, celebrating a JAMB result with a laptop felt like the right and fitting reward.
