His video captured the shock and confusion that followed the discovery and sparked discussion among viewers.

The man, who posted under the handle @posytiveempire on TikTok, recorded the video to express his distress about the situation.

He explained that he had acquired the land and later went back to inspect it, only to encounter evidence that someone had been buried there in his absence.

He conveyed his frustration at the development and noted the complications that such a situation could create for the owner.

He noted that the presence of a grave would make it difficult to relocate the remains and questioned how he was expected to proceed given the circumstances.

Commenting on the story, Chukwudi, a Nigerian elder, said that it could sometimes be a trick to make the owner stay away from the land.

"He needs to be sure that there's really a grave there cause sometimes it may just be a trick to make the owner get scared and stay off his own land. Yes people do it. But if there's indeed a grave then it's more complicated," he said.

According to the young man, he bought the land for N15 million only to discover that it was being dragged for N37 million.
