She recounted her stressful work schedule and 'little' pay in Nigeria, which she said took a toll on her physical and mental health.

Nurse speaks about her salary
According to her, she worked an exhausting 21 days a month, four to five days a week, as a nurse in Nigeria, and was given a take-home pay of 45,000 naira after deductions.
Rspeakshermind lamented that the stress of her job also showed on her face as time passed, remembering the big pimples that plagued her skin.

In contrast, the nurse disclosed that she now enjoys a much better work-life balance in her new job abroad, working just 12 days a month, three days a week, with a higher salary.
Her advice to her followers was to seize any opportunity to leave Nigeria, using the popular Nigerian slang 'japa', which translates to 'escape' or 'flee'.
In her words:
"21 days a month, 4-5days a week was what I worked as a nurse in Nigeria, I had big pimples cos of how stressed I was. And oh my take home after Tfare at the end of the month was 45k naira. Now I work 12 days a month, 3 days a week and I have good work life balance and oh my pay. JAPA O!!!!!!"
