Man displays new building ravaged by termites

In the clip shared by @israelpainting, he captured a building that had been ravaged by the insects, despite appearing almost complete.

The house, which had undergone screeding, tiling, and other finishing touches, was found to be infested with termites in several areas.

The homeowner was forced to break up the floor to address the issue, incurring unplanned additional costs.

According to the video's poster, the infestation would have been mitigated if action had been taken at the foundation level.

He advised prospective homeowners to be vigilant and take immediate action if they discover termites during construction, rather than risking costly repairs later on.

Elderly couple's savings ravaged by termites
