It was gathered that the quick response ensured that the situation was brought under control before any major damage could occur.

According to the shop owner identified as @olafunmi101 on TikTok, it looked like the smoke was emanating from the floor, but no fire was visible.
A thorough check revealed that the likely cause was related to electrical wiring, possibly those running through pipes in the floor.
The shop, which had been working late due to power instability issues, had ironing and other tasks ongoing until around 8pm, with staff often working extegnded hours to meet deadlines.
While narrating the incident, the shop owner expressed relief that the situation was brought under control, admitting that she was so scared upon arrival.
She acknowledged her neighbour for acting quickly and expressed gratitude that her business was spared from damage.
