Lady criticises VeryDarkMan as 'insensitive'
The lady, known on TikTok as @taleswithblessed, criticised the influencer’s female supporters while sharing what she described as proof of his 'insensitivity' towards women in need of help.
In her narration, she spoke about an alleged case involving a young lady identified as Blessing, who was allegedly attacked with acid by her husband and had sought assistance from the activist.
According to her, Blessing had reached out to VeryDarkMan to draw attention to her situation and seek justice. However, he reportedly refused to respond to her messages unless she could provide evidence of the husband’s confession.
The lady claimed that Blessing later sent him a screen recording of the man admitting his actions during a live stream, yet the influencer allegedly ignored her completely afterwards.

The TikTok user criticised him for allegedly only taking up issues that involve celebrities or influential people, accusing him of selective activism.
In her words:
"I do not understand some of you that support that guy. Look at how he has jumped on the train to mock Regina Daniels. What did that girl ever do to him? The same thing he did with Iyabo Ojo. Like this guy, he has left traces and evidence that he does not like women. And some of you who are supporting, let me help you.
"If something happens to you tomorrow, if you are in great danger, unless the person who hurt you is a celebrity or some popular person that's gonna gain relevance by talking about your case, he is not gonna listen to you. And I have proof. I'm not saying this, no, I'm just saying I have proof. Remember when I brought up the case of Blessing? I've been avoiding talking about this for how long now, since last year. How people were telling me, 'Oh, reach out to him.' I will never do that."

The lady stated that she had 'always known' VDM was a good-for-nothing, while Blessing needed assistance and got in touch with him.
"I'm not gonna talk about it because I don't want to implicate the person, but following up, someone sent his WhatsApp number to Blessing, and Blessing was chatting with him, chatting with him. He ignored her over and over again. At some point, he now told her 'Oh, if she can provide proof that this guy admitted to her that he poured the acid. He said he needs evidence where he admitted this'.'
"And Blessing sent the evidence because, unfortunately for the guy, he came on live stream, invited people, saying that he wants to talk about his own side of the story, why he did it. So Blessing had the screen record from that live and sent it to him. He said okay, but he still ignored her until today. Guess why? Because that guy is no popular celebrity, is no son of a popular person, is not Iyabo Ojo; he's gonna jump on to gain relevance. I do not understand women who support a guy who dislikes your kind."
Reactions as lady drags VeryDarkMan
Nigerians stormed the comments section to react to the post.
@Temijoshoflele said:
"Regina Daniel get issue, every ones jumps on it and VDM too. But na VDM u set camera to talk about?? Why??"
@royal2blossom reacted:
"Why do we always feel that men and women are on a logger head, for crying out loud we were all created by the same God for different purpose, can we trash issues as issues that they are without bringing up the fact that men hates women or women hates men, it's misleading. moreso Whatever you're not witnessing direct from the start, try and leave it to the victims, their lawyers and their God to sought out. let love lead."
