A Nigerian lady shared a video detailing her experience on a day she faced a scarcity of water at home.

The lady said the machine used to pump water in her apartment was damaged, causing a scarcity of water.

In a video she posted, @ogochukwu.okafor0 said there was no water to flush the toilet, cook or bathe in the apartment.

She was forced to buy bags of sachet water, popularly called pure water. She bought 30 bags.

According to the lady, she used the water to flush the toilet, cook, clean the house and bathe.

After the video went viral, a lot of social media users said they had had a similar experience in the past.

Nurse sells pure water after years of being jobless
