In a video she posted, @ogochukwu.okafor0 said there was no water to flush the toilet, cook or bathe in the apartment.

She was forced to buy bags of sachet water, popularly called pure water. She bought 30 bags.

According to the lady, she used the water to flush the toilet, cook, clean the house and bathe.
