Lady highlights her challenges as international student
In a TikTok post, she listed some of the tasks she had been saddled with in just three weeks of school.
The Nigerian youth said she has had to deal with assignments, midterm exams, and a project. In her words:
"I de regret why I come Canada as international student.
"Assignments, quiz, midterm exams and project. In just three weeks of resumption."
She further warned international studies hopefuls not to follow her path. She wrote:
"No matter what you do, don't be an international student."

When asked what her culture shock was when she first arrived in Lebanon for her studies, Peace Duru, a master's student at the American University of Beirut on a full-ride scholarship, told Legit.ng:
"That is how accomplished yet humble people are around here. The president of the university, the equivalent of a vice chancellor, could casually walk around campus engaging with students without an entourage or security.
"My professors were highly accomplished and well-connected in their fields, but they were very humble, accessible, and always supportive.

"I found that this extends to other professors abroad, which is a far cry from the culture in Nigeria."
