The story was narrated in a TikTok video by @wait.laugh. She said the owner of the firm was not comfortable with how the new staff dressed.
She said the new staff were called in for questioning on her very first day of stepping into the organisation.
The boss even found issues with the cologne the lady was wearing, insisting that it had a stronger smell than her own.
The new staff member was eventually sacked on the second day after the boss perceived her as a competitor.
