Because of this, her account was locked, and she cannot even access her own money. She alleges that the money which was sent to her was stolen.

The lady, who is a business owner, said:

"The stress some customers will make you go through for no reason. Reporting my account after the refund has been made immediately back to you. Honestly, one can’t be careful enough. What we business people go through is a lot."

In another video, she said the money that was sent to her belongs to an old woman. She said the money was allegedly stolen to the old woman and sent to her.

She said:

"Got to the bank, only to find out the owner of the account is an old woman. This so-called person, stole the money from the woman’s account and sent to my account."

"Whenever money is sent to you and you need to refund, you MUST send back to the same account the person used in sending it or write to the bank to reverse it. Also, there must be a court order for the money to be liened. Don’t let those bankers bully you."
