He said:
"It's not funny. Not when they take my money. It's like buying a billboard on the side of the highway, paying the people for the billboard and then they come and put a giant blanket over it and you don't get the benefit of what you paid for."
According to the lawyer, he has also submitted his ID, his bank details and other information to prove his real identity.
Facebook says it has restored the account and noted that steps have been taken to prevent the error from recurring, the BBC reports.

On his website, the man detailed many things that have happened to him because his name is Mark Zuckerberg.
He wrote:
"My personal Facebook account has been disabled five times and my business account four times because Facebook believes I am impersonating a celebrity or using a fake name. My FaceBook account is constantly being hacked, and I am asked to constantly reset my password multiple times a day. I must turn off my phone at night to avoid the flood of notifications I receive. I was forced to provide multiple forms of identification (birth certificate, drivers license, credit card) in order to open my orginal Facebook account and again each time my account is disabled. Far beyond the norm."
