"Not a nurse but doing his last three days, my dad called me one night and said to me that he was tired already and Don't think he will continue this journey (He was very sick) he was crying and said to me no matter what happens move on with your life and look after your siblings. That night I cried myself to bed because I felt it that was when I knew that truly he was not going to make it. He died 2 days later and it's over 2yrs+ now but I still mourn him as an typing this I have tears in my eyes. he was my best friend my mannest man. Keep resting in the Lord Dad."

"I remember while I was still the senior nurse at the korlebu teaching hospital when an old hunter was rushed in with blood oozing from the right side of his ribs and I was told he got attacked by a wild kangaroo while hunting. After attending to him that night, he hit the emergency bell beside his bed and when I went in to find out what was wrong, handed a piece of paper to me and asked me to give it to his son the next day when he comes visiting. Before he passed away that night, his last words were “TELL MY SON TO HOLD ON TO HIS GUNN”.

"I faced my own reality last week Sunday. I met my pops lifeless in the hospital, no any single word, no signs, no goodbye. He went out that same day, played around, make many calls, even play with people, then around to 4, he drove himself to the hospital, played with someone at the entrance and went inside the hospital, he didn’t make it out alive, everything happened within 20mins. The whole community was shocked n never believed. That day was when i realized that there’s ntin in this world."
