Nigerian Mother Cries Out As Her Children's School Charges N356,000 For Bus, Over N300k For Books

A Nigerian mother is set to withdraw her children from the school they are attending presently, owing to the high cost of the fees.

The woman shared a video on TikTok lamenting the amount she is paying for two children in the school.

According to the woman known as @foodvendorinlagos_zahrak, she has two children in the school, but she was tired of the increase in fees.

She said the school fees for the two children come up to over N1.2 million for everything.

She mentioned that their books cost over N300k while the school bus gulps N365,000.

This did not sit well with the woman, and she is now considering other schools in her neighbourhood.

She said:

"I'm looking for school. I'm tired. The one my kids are is expensive. It is chocking. And the economic is not friendly. Imagine textbooks for these children N300 and N300 and! I'm tired. Total package N1.3 million. N365k for school bus."

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian lady was filled with joy that she has achieved her dream of becoming a masters degree holder.
